I'm renting out my 2 room cozy apartment just by Karlaplan for at least a year while I'm living outside Stockholm. The apartment is fully furnished (bonus: a very good selection of books) and suitable for someone who wants to live in the best part of the city, walking distance to the best restaurants and Djurgården (royal garden, an oasis in the middle of the city). There is a mall (Fältöversten) 3 mins walking distance with all essential stores you need (2 pharmacies, Clas Ohlsson, Hemtex, System Bolaget, H&M, Cerveza etc.) and 2 big grocery stores and a Sabis. Valhalla bakery (the best bakery in the city!) is just across the street for fresh sourdough bread in the weekends. I have lovely and helpful neighbours. Internet and all other amenities are included in the rent. I'm looking for a responsible adult to rent out my apartment and take care of it well while I'm away. My apartment is small but comfy and in a great neighbourhood - it's on the first floor. Furry pets and smoking are not acceptable - as with most apartments for rent in Stockholm.
