Adjoining kitchen forms a little suite with direct access from the front door without passing through any other rooms. Light and airy, hardwood floors, fully furnished. Fully equipped kitchen and bath to share. Roughly 27 m2 of living space altogether. Free high speed wifi (700-800 mbps); we share gas/electric costs. Yard out back with trees where the local deer come for lunch, deck, stone grill, tunnnelbana a minute away, easy bike ride down to Söder (a little harder coming back uphill!), late night bus stop nearby, the woods of Hammarby Skog just down the street. Village atmosphere with supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaners, cafes, restaurants and even a sports club on Finn Malmgrens Plats just steps away. Shared apartment, but I am often out of town for weeks to months at a time. Ideal short to medium housing for a visiting student or researcher, or as an overnight room in town for out of town residents, not for someone looking for a place to use to get a Swedish person nummer. Looking for someone who leaves the kitchen and bathroom clean after use... Payment by paypal (700 €/month) because the value of the Swedish kronor is...unstable. :)
