Cosy Comfortable small GUESTHOUSE close to fantastic nature and only 12 minutes to subwaysystem and 20 min to Stockholm C. Busses operating 24/24. The guesthouse is located on the property of a modern villa garden suitable for 1 person. The guest house is like a private house situated in the garden. Me and my son lives in the mainhouse and we have very very friendly dogs and a cat so please be not allergic or afraid of animals. Furniture are very stylish and cosy. Comfortable continental bed 120 cm. Antique desk and wardrobe. The guesthouse has a small kitchen with refridgerator, microwave and an environmental friendly and water free toilet called Separett. You fetch your water to the guesthouse from the mainhouse in the the big glassjar with tap. In your guest house you have high speed wifi. Rent is 6700 sek per month and includes electricity, water (hot and cold inside the mainhouse) bedsheets, towels and also wifi/internet. In the mainhouse you have access to shower, laundry machine and dry tumbler. Always proper contract and one month deposition. It is ok to register on the guesthouse. No smoking in the guesthouse or on the property. ABOUT THE AREA: The small guest house is situated in a calm area very close to the nature, a national park, swimming lakes and a big forest. It's a good area for sport activities. Only 3 minutes by walk to the bus stop. Local mall with restaurants, cultural activity house, café, library, food shop, health center with doctors, and pharmacy is close. 10 minutes downtown by car. 15-20 minutes to city by bus.
