The rent of 4700 SEK/month includes heat, water and internet, i.e. Electricity is shared depending on the monthly consumption. Deposit for one month is required. The apartment has altogether 3 rooms with a tenant in each. You will share the apartment, with good and serious people who work/study daytime and like new encounters. We share the kitchen, living room and one bathroom. The nearest bus stop and train stop is within 100 m.
