ROOM FOR RENT 1 furnished room available for a female student/intern, starting from 1st of July or by agreement. The apartment is situated centrally on Södermalm. The room is part of a large apartment. We are jointly responsible for cleaning the shared spaces and there is a laundry room in the basement. Sometimes a cleaning lady comes and cleans. You are a non-smoker and cleanly and considerate of the neighbors. You are not allowed to register at the adress and not allowed to have pets or children in the room/apartment. The room is only for you and friends or partners can not stay in the room/apartment. The 5000 SEK deposit will be re-payed if the room is in the original condition when moving out. Wi-Fi, water, heath, bedlinen and electricity is included in the rent of 6500 sek/month
