Looking for someone to take over my room right in the middle of Södermalm I‘m finishing my studies in Stockholm and sadly have to give up my large, light-filled room close to Medborgaplatsen. I‘m looking for someone to take over from 16th June. Here are the details: - ca. 20 sqm - 6,200 kr/month - high ceiling - wooden floor - closet - 2 sofas, dresser, couch table - 140x200 bed, TV, mirror, bedside table, clothing rack (read text below) - wifi & bills included - large shared kitchen and bathroom - washing maschine & dryer When I moved in in 2024, I bought a 140x200cm bed and mattress, a mirror, a TV, a little night stand, the IKEA donut lamp and a clothing rack - everything brand new. All of this is not even two years old and will need to be taken over by the new tenant for 11,800 kr. It‘ll take you 2 min to get to Medborgaplatsen Tunnelbanen, 10 min to T-Centralen, 30 min to KTH and 35 min to Stockholm University - door to door.
